Al Valko

Founder/President

Established ToolMatics, Inc in 1988. Over 40 years’ experience in Pneumatic and Electric Power Tools. Graduated in 1976 from West Liberty University, West Liberty W.Va. President and member of the Tau Kappa Epsilon (TKE) fraternity. My favorite past times are Family time with my grandkids, Classic Cars Shows, attending MLB Games, fishing. Former Rotary President. I am proud of our team at ToolMatics, Inc.

Cheri Kidd

Office Manager

My name is Cheri Kidd, and I joined the Toolmatics team in July 2019 as the Office Manager. I have a total of 13 years’ experience in the Accounts Payable/Accounts Receivable field. Born and raised in Sunbury, OH I graduated from Big Walnut High School and currently reside in Centerburg, OH with my husband Shawn. Our children are grown, and we have 2 beautiful grandchildren. In my free time I enjoy going on rides with my husband on our Harley and spending time in our garden. I am also an Area Representative where I find wonderful families to host foreign exchange students.

Shawn Greguric

Project manager

I spent 9 years in the United States Navy as a sonar technician on submarines with extensive experience in corrective/preventive maintenance management, work controls and project management over multiple deployments and a retrofit of the submarine I was stationed on. After leaving the Navy I spent 6 years performing purchasing and inventory management for various large corporations in the Columbus Ohio area. I have currently been at ToolMatics since 2021 starting in sales support and moving to the repair manager role and now find myself in the project manager role. In my free time I enjoy golfing, traveling, and spending time with family, friends, and my dog Ace.

Don Olson

Sales Manager
Central-Ohio Area

A native of Indiana, and a graduate of Ohio Northern University with a BS in Manufacturing Engineering/Business. I am halfway through my 30th year at ToolMatics. I have been lucky to meet a lot of incredible customers and vendor partners who have taught me a lot. I most enjoy the relationships and the satisfaction I get from solving problems for our customers. I am married to Sarah with whom I have raised four awesome children: daughters Reagan, Delaney and Sophia as well as my son Alec. Outside of work I love to fish, spend time with my family and hang with my dogs Charlotte and Finneas.

Nick Valko

Sales Engineer
Central-Ohio Area

My name is Nicholas Valko and I have been in outside sales with Toolmatics for the past 10 years. I currently reside in Delaware, Ohio with my wife, Kristen, and two children, Alexis (9) and Knox (1). In my free time I enjoy spending time with my family and friends, fishing, golfing, car restoration, and attending classic car shows.

Gary Stieber

Sales Engineer

I started early in sales at a business where we sold farm machinery. I then worked inside sales for 12 years for another company that sold hydraulics and pneumatics (cylinders, valves, pumps etc.) In the early 2000’s I took my first outside sales job selling everything from mobile hydraulics to Assembly tools. I was hired on with ToolMatics as an outside sales rep where I started out selling assembly tools and now in my current role as ToolMatics material handling and ergonomics specialist

Ed Kramer

Sales Engineer

I have over 30 years of experience with assembly tool products calling on various industries, including automotive, tiers, white goods, and general industrial companies. I cover the Northern Ohio area and my outside interests are fishing and golf.

Spencer Smith

Sales Engineer

After spending 4 years in the Air Force and then 7 years in a production environment, my last 3 years have been invested here at ToolMatics. I followed my father into the tool sales business after he retired. He has been a great asset to me both personally and professionally. I enjoy attending sporting events for any of the local Cincinnati teams. Later in the year you can find me at the family farm in Kentucky hunting or fishing almost any weekend.

Tyler Norris

Sales Support

Hi, I’m Tyler and I was born in New Jersey and lived there for several years before moving to Ohio with my family at the age of 9. After I finished high school at Olentangy Liberty High school, I then graduated from Bowling Green State University in 2021 with a degree in management and technology (Go Falcons!). After college, I joined the ToolMatics family as a sales support representative focusing on customer satisfaction and order entry. I have been with ToolMatics for 2 years now and currently I work predominantly within inside sales and purchasing but I help with whatever is needed. Outside of Toolmatics I enjoy being with friends and family along with gaming, golfing, bowling, soccer, and I am a big fan of watching all sports, especially my New York sports teams.

Jade Ali

Sales Support

My name is Jade Ali and I work in sales support for Toolmatics Inc. I began my journey here in late 2022, although I have worked in customer service for over 10 years. I specialize in retention and problem solving, I enjoy using my skills to contribute to customer satisfaction and building long lasting relationships for our company. I was born and raised in Chicago, IL and in my teenage years moved to Ohio where I met my fiancé. I have a 7-year-old son who loves sports, so we are a very busy household. When we aren’t at practice my favorite past times include spending time with family and friends, traveling, or teaching painting classes with my small business Sip N’ Create.

My Mechanical Engineering degree has assisted me during my 12 years of experience with manufacturing tools and fixtures. During those 12 years I have held multiple positions with Toolmatics, which has given me a lot of good experience. When I’m not working here I am enjoying time with my daughter and spending time on hunting adventures.

Thomas Griffith

I graduated from Technical Engineering at DACC where I did an internship at ToolMatics. Upon graduation in 2022 I came on full time and have been taking classes at Marion Technical College for Electrical and Mechanical Engineering. In my free time I enjoy riding motorcycles.

Jeffrey Osborne

Repair Coordinator

My name is Jeffrey Osborne. I worked in a factory for seven years and decided that I wanted a change and started at ToolMatics in November of 2022. This change was to help me further my business knowledge due to my aspirations to run my own company one day. I enjoy spending time with my family, reading, camping, and traveling. I have lived in the central Ohio area for the last 7 years.

Aaron Mezger

Repair Technician

Native of Southeast Ohio who has called central Ohio home for 24 years after spending time living in multiple states throughout the Midwest and east coast. I have 22 years of experience in the troubleshooting and repair of tools and machinery. In my free time I enjoy motorcycles, aviation, traveling and watching motorsports and hockey.

Dwayne Burkitt

Repair Technician

I joined Toolmatics 2.5 years ago as a Tool Repair Technician, after my retirement as a machinist of 40 years. I was responsible for programming, setting up & operating manual & CNC machines & equipment of many kinds. The last 26 years also including engineering, designing, fabricating & welding to make or repair tooling & fixtures. If I’m not busy doing something with my grandkids. I enjoy building Cigar Box Guitars. I like to build electric one’s; I can’t really play I just enjoy building them. As well as plugging it in to the amp, to rattle some windows.

Doug Jackson

I have been with ToolMatics since 2021 and have 16 years of experience in the manufacturing industry. This experience and my mechanical abilities provide me the ability to repair the tools accurately and effectively. I enjoy furthering my abilities through training and hands on learning experiences. In my free time I enjoy spending time with family and friends, riding motorcycles and most outdoor activities.
