Position Overview

As a Tool Repair Technician at Toolmatics, you will play a crucial role in ensuring our customers’ tools and equipment are maintained, repaired, and returned to optimal working condition. You will work with a wide range of tools and machinery, utilizing your technical skills to diagnose issues, perform repairs, and provide exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect and assess the condition of various tools and equipment.

  • Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues.

  • Perform necessary repairs and maintenance tasks, including but not limited to: disassembly, replacement of damaged components, reassembly, and testing.

  • Keep detailed records of repairs, parts used, and labor hours.

  • Maintain a clean and organized work area.

  • Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries, concerns, and ensuring timely delivery of repaired items.

  • Collaborate with colleagues and supervisors to improve repair processes and efficiency.
